Q: What are your returns & exchange Policy?

A: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept returns/exchanges for any non-damaged items, for the full purchase price minus shipping costs. This means that your item cannot show any signs of wear and must be returned in mint condition. We unfortunately are not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 2 weeks of the sale date, including weekends and holidays. All sales are final on any sale and/or custom orders. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us BEFORE shipping a return or exchange back. We cannot refund shipping costs and the postage fee for any returns will be at your own expense. Also, you are responsible for your item until it reaches us. For exchanges, shipping costs are required in the original amount in order to resend an item.


Q: Do you accept cancellations?
A: I do not accept cancellations on custom orders. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Q:What items can't be returned or exchanged?
A: Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Digital downloads

 • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) 

 

Conditions of return 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
